These terms apply when you access vocabulary-test.com or use its tests, account features, exports, and study materials.

Educational purpose
The service provides informal vocabulary assessment and practice. Results are model-based estimates and are not official language certifications, admissions scores, psychological assessments, or professional advice. GRE, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, CEFR, and other third-party names remain the property of their respective owners; references are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.
Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal learning, teaching, and reasonable research. You must not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape at a rate that harms availability, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
Accounts and submitted data
You are responsible for information submitted through account and email features and for maintaining control of your device. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for the vocabulary service. Account functionality may change while authentication and synchronization features are developed.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep content useful and technically reliable, but vocabulary estimates vary with the question sample, response honesty, fatigue, item calibration, and definitions of word knowledge. No fixed real-world error margin is guaranteed. The service may be corrected, changed, suspended, or discontinued.
Content and intellectual property
Original site design, explanatory text, code, and practice items are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless stated otherwise. Short quotations and references to external research remain subject to their respective rights. You may link to public pages and use brief excerpts with attribution where permitted by law.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular examination outcome, or exact measurement accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing rules
Material updates will be reflected by the date above. Because a registered operating entity and governing jurisdiction have not yet been published, mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules applicable to the visitor remain unaffected.
